When can I join?

• Any time until all slots are filled!
• Note: The 26th of each month will be the last day to sign up if you want that month's goodies. For example, if you subscribe on November 25th, you will get November's goodies. But if you subscribe on November 27th, you will get December's goodies.
• Make sure to sign up for email notifications so you don't miss out!

When are monthly mails shipped out?

• Monthly mails are sent on the 27th of every month
• Note: Because monthly mails are shipped near the end of the month, it is normal for your 2nd billing to occur before you receive your first mail - but rest assured you will receive all the mails you've signed up for!

When will my mail arrive?

• Members in Canada: within 1 week since shipment
• Members Worldwide: anywhere from 2-4 weeks since shipment (please wait patiently and contact me if it's been 4+ weeks since the shipping notification and you still haven't received your mail)

NO TRACKING

• All Paper Meadow mails will be sent via snail mail/stamps to keep our membership low, therefore no tracking
• Note: If the reason your mail got lost is because your shipping address was incorrect, there will be a small fee for a resend. Therefore, please make sure your address is correct - if it's not, please email me as soon as possible so I can update your address info

MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

• You can pause, resume or cancel your subscription anytime.
• Note: When you paused but want to resume for a specific edition, please make sure to resume before your billing date. For example, if your subscription renews every 10th of the month, and you want to resume to get January's edition - you'll need to resume your subscription before January 10th, otherwise the system will skip that edition for you.
