Do you accept refunds and returns?
- For damaged mail: Please contact me with pictures and details of your order, and we can discuss solutions accordingly!
- For lost mail: I am happy to resend your mail, please contact me if you haven't received your mail after 4 weeks since your shipping confirmation
How do I manage my orders and subscriptions?
- You can edit, pause or cancel your subscription via this link
Will there be tracking?
- For my MAIL CLUB orders: there is no tracking since mails are shipped via traditional stamps to keep membership low
- For other prints: both tracking and no tracking are available
When do you ship out mails?
- For my MAIL CLUB orders: on the 27th of the month
- For other prints: as frequently as possible, usually weekly
When will I receive my order?
- For Canada: your order will arrive within 1 week of shipment
- For everywhere else: your order will arrive anywhere from 1-4 weeks after shipment
